The Lincoln Summer House has a 2ft deep veranda, perfect for enjoying the garden. With two three-quarter length fixed sash windows to both walls and extra window panels to the front. The large double doors are semi-glazed with olde-worlde fittings to the front.

The Lincoln is a bright, airy space ideal for a craft room or work space.

The Lincoln is tanalised/pressure treated and comes with substantial 2 x 1.5-inch framing in traditional ship-lap cladding. The large 2ft roof overhang gives extra protection from the elements and adds shade to the interior. The roof is green mineral felt as standard with the option of a tanalised slatted roof in our extras.

In three sizes 8×8, 8×10 or 8x12ft wide, the Lincoln is one of our more generously sized summer houses and offers a fantastic bright space. With an apex style roof for extra height.
