Swallow Jay Potting Shed 2035mm (6’8) x 3840mm (12’7) Thermowood
Our exceptional potting sheds come in two versatile gable widths: the Jay (6’8”) and the Rook (8’9”). These potting sheds are expertly designed to maximize growing space while providing essential storage. As standard, they feature two rear shelves and front staging for added convenience. For optimal ventilation, there’s an end window with a manual stay, along with two automatic roof vents. Additionally, each shed includes a fitted floor with plastic runners to prevent moisture build-up and extend the structure’s lifespan.

Constructed from Thermally Modified Wood, Swallow Timber Greenhouses stand up to Rot, Pests & Decay better than most products on the market. The natural durability combined with the excellent design ensures your greenhouse is strong, long lasting & beautiful to look at. With the Thermwood we would always recommend treating with an external treatment to maintain the greenhouse for as long as possible, it will age down to a beautiful silver appearance if left over time.
Treatment Options
Swallow Garden Buildings offer their buildings in Bare Thermowood (Which is recommended to be treated within 3 months of installation), or pre-oiled, or fully painted in a range of 8 colours as shown below. The painted finish is second to none, and ensures your building is fully protected to get the longest lifespan from it, whilst also looking fantastic. The building received 2 top coats prior to being glazed so the building is painted inside & out, and in all the corners so you know it will last. This gives on average 3-5 years protection depending on how exposed the location is.
Industry Leading 12 year warranty
Swallow Garden Buildings carry out installation of your new greenhouse themselves so you can rest assured their expert team will install quickly and to the highest standard. Their greenhouses carry with them a 12 year warranty against Rot & Decay and a 3 year warranty on all fittings & fixtures i.e. Door Handle, Lock, Hinges, Bolts, Window & Vent openers etc, so you can rest assured your greenhouse will be serving you for years to come.
