Typical lead times range from:

How We Bring Your Studio to Life
We like to keep things simple. From the first sketch to handing over the keys, our in-house team looks after you every step of the way. Here is how we get you from an empty patch of grass to your new sanctuary:
- A Friendly Chat – We’ll talk about how you’ll use the space—whether it’s for work, hobbies, or family—to find the perfect size and spec for you.
- Checking the Ground – We’ll look at your garden (in person or via photos) to check access and discuss the best base and landscaping options if required.
- Perfecting the Plan – We provide drawings to confirm exactly where your windows and doors will sit before the build begins.
- Handcrafted in the Workshop – The magic happens here. Your studio is built by our in-house team, ready to be loaded for installation.
- Foundations – We coordinate the base preparation if required.
- Installation Day – Our team arrives to assemble your studio. Most builds take between 2 and 10 days, depending on the size and your garden’s access.
- Services–We arrange or liaise with any tradesmen required to hook up & install electrics and or plumbing.
- The Grand Tour – We’ll show you how everything works, hand over the keys, and leave you to enjoy your brand-new sanctuary.
All buildings are supplied and installed by our in house experienced build team.
Planning Permission
Many insulated garden studios can be installed without planning permission, as they fall within permitted development rules.
In most cases this means:
• A maximum height of 2.5 metres
• Installed within your garden
• Not used as permanent living accommodation
That being said some of our customers do fall either within the Lake District National Park (Or other National Parks) or within a conservation area. In these cases a planning application would be advised, which is usually more straight forward than people think. We can help support your application with drawings & plans to make it a smooth & straight forward as possible.
