FAQ – Returns
We do not offer a returns policy on our cabins, hot tubs or saunas which are built specifically to order for each customer. We can and will do everything possible to ensure you receive the perfect cabin to suit your needs, tailored to your specification. If you have any questions or queries, or wish to amend any details of your order, or just more information about your building, please contact us – we are more than happy to talk you through all aspects of your garden building, for free. We are open 7 days a week, and someone should be able to talk to you, or one of us can call you back at a convenient time.
Our Cabins, Barrel Saunas and Hot Tubs are covered by a 2 year warranty on the building itself if constructed by us. We will replace any defective parts affecting the structural integrity of the building. Customers should note that due to the nature of wood, some shrinkage & shape change is normal , and some cracks & knot holes may appear over time due to changes in temperature & moisture. These are classed as visual imperfections, a natural process of timber over time and not valid reason for claim against our warranty. Parts within the buildings i.e. heaters & grills are subject to their manufacturers warranty.

Wind, rain and sunlight will deteriorate the exterior of timber over time. It is vital your building be re-treated every one to three years, depending upon the instructions of your chosen treatment or preservative. Failure to do so can cause swelling, checking & shrinking of exposed timber & finishings such as window trims, windows & doors.
Our Cabins, Hot Tubs & Saunas will be delivered in untreated white wood, if you have not chosen for us to provide a preservative or paint treatment to the exterior then you must apply a treatment or preservative as soon as possible, ideally on the day of construction.
