We specialise in not only all your garden needs, but also are major stockists of Pet Foods and Supplies, not to mention Garden Sheds and Buildings, Summerhouses, Log Cabins and Finnish Barbecue Cabins. We have over 35 years experience in the horticultural and landscape trades, and can help advise you on adding anything to your garden, from plants to log cabins.
Well, it appears winter is finally upon us! Snow is falling, ice is thickening and the winds keep lashing in. Logs, Coal, Gas and Rock Salt are but a few considerations to help make the cold months ahead a little more tollerable.
Despite the cold, on a crisp frosty morning with blue skies and sunshine the garden centre is a lovely place to be. Why not give us a visit, browse amongst our sheds and log cabins and take home some inspiration for your own garden space.

Sam and Max, our golden and chocolate labradors! They have their own fan club, with regular visitors checking up on them. Sam likes to spend his time sat on the car park greeting customers as they arrive, whilst Max who is only 2 years old, spends more of his time wandering around investigating the garden centre - most likely to see if anyone has dropped any biscuits for him! It truly is a Dog's life for these two, surrounded by dog food and dog treats every day of the week. |
Alongisde our dog and cat foods, we also cater for as many varieties of animals as we can. We stock a wide range of wild bird seeds both loose and pre-packaged, and keep rabbit, guinea pig, hamster & gerbil foods all loose or pre packaged, and also have a stock of ferret and rat food. If we do not have what you require in store, please just ask and we shall see if we can get what you require, as we almost always can!
Carr Bank Garden Centre is nestled at the foot of the Lake District, located just a couple of minutes from Milnthorpe. If driving from the south, turn left at Milnthorpe traffic lights, right if from the north, and keep heading for Arnside. We're on the left just after Sandside.
